Day 1: Identify "trick" thoughts 😵💫
Find out how to recognise your "haunting" thoughts and become aware of how they impact your mindset and actions.
Day 2: Turn them to "treats" 🍭
Learn how to turn "trick" thoughts into "treats" by reframing your negative self-talk into something more empowering.
Day 3: Perform Mindset Magic 🪄
Cast your daily spell with a simple habit to keep your mind positive (and learn to hex negative thoughts as they happen).
You’ll receive a short daily training along with an easy action item, worksheets to guide your progress, and access to support along the way.
I've experienced my fair share of "trick" thoughts over the years. In fact, at my lowest point, my mind was so full of negative thoughts that I wanted to end it all.
Thankfully, I got the wake-up call I needed when I realised just how powerful my thoughts were and it changed everything for me!
