Why I created this course

Hey there, I'm Sarah!

After experiencing years of mornings where I felt tired, stressed out and anxious, I finally realised I had the power to take charge of how I felt in the morning instead.

But even when I started to realise that I could be more intentional with what I did in the mornings, at first I got it all wrong.  I was using "filler activities" to avoid feelings that I didn't want to face and it did nothing but make me even more stressed out and overwhelmed.

It wasn't until I started focusing on how I wanted to shift those feelings and then I did some experimentation as to what would really get me there (hint: not the "filler activities" I had been using).

After hearing from my audience that they've been experiencing similar mornings to what I used to, I wanted to share what I know and take people through a process to turn their mornings around.

In other words, I want to SPARK YOUR MORNING so that you feel good about yourself and ready to have a great day.

FAQs

How soon will I receive my product(s)?

You will receive 2 emails within 5-10 minutes of your purchase. One will be a welcome email from me and the other will be a system-generated email from Systeme.io (where this course is hosted) giving you access to the course.

How long will it take me to go through the course?

If you choose to go with the "quick start" option you can be in and out within 5-10 minutes!! The welcome video is less than 3 minutes long but, if possible, I also recommend you watch the Morning Mindset Motivation lesson (which is just over 6 minutes long).

If you would like to go through and watch all of the course materials in one sitting, you're looking at about 2 hours of video lessons, plus I'd allow yourself at least 30 minutes of implementation time to work through the exercises and do some thinking around what I share.

How long will I have access to the course materials?

For the lifetime of the product! I believe this is really valuable content so I can't see myself removing this course anytime soon. If I do decide to remove the lessons and other materials from my course platform, you will be provided with the option to download the recording with at least 30 days' notice given before the course materials are taken down.

Do you offer refunds?
